At Military Cups, every order is carefully prepared and processed as soon as it is placed. Because of this immediate production and fulfillment process, all sales are final once your order has been submitted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refunds for Change of Mind


We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To request this, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at our support email with clear photos of the damage or defect. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.


Incorrect Orders


If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure the correct product is sent to you promptly.


Processing of Orders


All orders are processed immediately after they are placed. This means we cannot cancel, edit, or modify orders once they have been submitted. By placing an order, you agree to this condition.


Final Sale Items


All products are considered final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival. No exceptions will be made outside of the conditions stated above.
